Moving our HelpDesk - PLEASE READ FIRST

Hello Everyone,

We're upgrading the Helpdesk!

If you have used our helpdesk in the past, you should be able to locate existing support tickets by registering on this new site using the email you used with the prior helpdesk. However, if you have recently created a support ticket (in the last 10 days), we will be moving those tickets here over the next few days.

The knowledge base and technical articles will be turned on in the coming days, too. Please be patient.
